Greetings from DILG Region X!

This pertains to your letter dated June 5, 2023 requesting our office advice to directly
communicate and invite local officials to the upcoming training-seminar that your office
will be conducting on August 24-26, 2023 in Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.

In this regard, you may directly invite the local government units (LGUs) to participate
in the said training-seminar. However, you have to secure prior approval from the
Regional Director of DILG Region VII considering that your office is an entity from the
said region.
