Greetings!
The 2023 Local Legislative Award (LLA) accords official recognition to the City/Municipal
Sanggunians that excel in the enactment of local ordinances or resolutions that ultimately
and faithfully “lay down the foundation for inclusive growth, a high trust and resilient society,
and a globally-competitive knowledge economy”. To facilitate the conduct of the Provincial
Evaluation this August 2023, a Provincial Awards Committee (PAC) shall be organized to
initiate and implement the activities necessary for the successful implementation of the LLA
within the province and it shall be composed of the Provincial Agriculturist, Provincial Social
Welfare and Development Officer, Provincial Budget Officer, Provincial Environment and
National Resources Officer as its members.
In this regard, we would like to confirm the PAC members’ attendance to the conduct of the
Coordination Meeting/Orientation this August 17, 2023; 01:00PM in the SP Hall, Legislative
Building, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur to discuss the attached directives and guidelines that
will help streamline this year’s implementation of the LLA.
