Dear, Hon Baliao:

Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

In the pursuit of publice service, the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar in
partnership with the Initiative for Dialogues and Alternative Legal Services Inc.
(IDEALS) will be conducting mobile registration to indigent clients specially the
members of the Indigenous People's Community and those living in the
geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas. The IDEALS will pay for the
Certificate of No Record (PSA Negative) and the MCR will waive all the payment
for late registration. To ensure the seamless transaction we would like to
introduce the members of IDEALS who will operate in Sablayan to the members
of the ABC.

In, addition there will be training for the IPMRs and IP Teachers of each
barangays this coming February 15, 2023 to educate them about the
informations needed in registration of live birth. In this regard may we ask the
BLGUs to provide for the transportation of the participants. It should be noted
that under the Local Government Code all barangays are required to maintain a
Registry of Barangay Inhabitant including IPs, it is also the mandated that the
barangay captains should help in facilitating the registration of their
constituents thus, your cooperation is higly expected

Greetings!

In the pursuit of public service and to provide unhampered services specially to

the members of Indigenous People and the learners situated on the
Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas, we are humby asking for the
participation of teachers teaching IP Learners and/or schools on February 15,
2023. This event seeks to train teachers to get the needed information for
registering the Certificate of Live Births of their learners.

We also encourage the teachers handling the IP learners to attend, because our
partner NGO, Initiative for Dialogue and Alternative Legal Services Inc will
provide for the PSA Copy of Live Birth of IP school children which will be
registred under the I-Bridge Program. Although this is a one day activity this will
help our teachers in the preparation and registration of Certificate of Live Birth
necessary for the enrolment and graduation of their learners.

Ang tanggapan ng Municipal Civil Registrar ay magkakaroon ng pa-training para

sa mga namumuno (IPMR) ng nga mga katutubo sa bawat barangay at mga
gurong nagtuturo sa mga paaralan ng katutubo sa darating na Pebrero 15,
2023. Batid ng aming tanggapan ang problema ukol sa pagrerehistro ng
kamatayan, kasal at pagkamatay ng ating mga katutubo. Ukol dito nais naming
pulungin at matulungan ang ating mga nanunungkulan sa tribu kasama ang
mga guro ng sa ganun ay matulungan na maarehistro ang ating mga kasama na
walang rehistro lalong lalo na ang mga bata na papasok o magtatapos ng
kanilang pag-aaral.

Nais din naming kunin ang pagkakataong iyon upang ipaalam sa mga
nanunungkulan sa tribo kung ano-ano ang mga serbisyo ng pamahalaan kung
saan kailangan na may rehistro ng kapanganakan. Kaya naman kame ay
himihingi ng tulong upang maipatawag ang lahat ng IPMR sa 22 barangay
kasama representante ng katutubo sa Sangguniang Bayan sa katauhan ni KGG.
