MANIFESTATION with COMPLIANCE OF UNDERTAKING

PLAINTIFF, through the undersigned counsel and unto this Honorable

Court most respectfully manifests that:

1. On April 13, 2021, plaintiff by this representation submitted as part of

her Motion for Reconsideration with Motion for Leave of Court to Serve
Summons by Publication anent the above captioned case relative to
VISTEON PHILIPPINES, INC., and pursuant to the requirements of the
Honorable Court in its order dated March 29, 2021, her Affidavit in
Support of Motion;

2. However, subject Affidavit attached in her Motion is only a

reproduction of the scanned copy of the original sent to the
undersigned counsel by electronic mail by herein plaintiff due to the
fact that the latter is based in Makati City and could not send
immediately the original hard copy of the same due to the pandemic
COVID-19 travel restrictions;

3. In order to submit our Motion for Reconsideration and Motion for

Leave of Court in time, plaintiff humbly and respectfully manifested
through counsel that she be allowed with the undertaking to submit at
a later date the original hard copy of her Affidavit in Support of Motion
for Leave of Court to Serve Summons by Publication; while at the same
time submitting only then a reproduction of the scanned copy of her
Affidavit; and

4. Now, in compliance with the undertaking manifested by the plaintiff,

the original hard copy of her Affidavit is now being submitted as
attached herewith.

WHEREFORE, premises considered we humbly and respectfully pray to the

Honorable Court to take note of this manifestation and consider favorably the
submission of attached original copy of plaintiff’s Affidavit in Support of Motion
for Leave of Court to Serve Summons by Publication as compliance to its order
dated March 29, 2021 and plaintiff’s undertaking on the matter.
