MANIFESTATION and COMPLIANCE

Petitioners, by counsel, to this Honorable Court respectfully states:

1. The Honorable Court in its Order dated February 9, 2015 directed

the petitioners to serve copies of the Petition and its annexes upon
the Civil Registrar of Manila, the National Statistics Office, the
Office of the Solicitor General and the Office of the City Prosecutor
of Manila.

2. In compliance thereto, Petitioners have caused the personal

service of the Petition and its annexes to the Office of the City
Prosecutor of Manila and to the National Statistics Office, as
evidenced by the attached Affidavit of Service (Annex “A”). The
City Civil Registry of Manila was personally served on February 2,
2015 while the Office of the Solicitor General was furnished
through registered mail on February 2, 2015.

 3. Further, the Court’s Order has already been published in a
newspaper of general circulation for three consecutive weeks, as
evidence by the following attached documents:

a. Copy of the official receipt of publication from Filipino Mirror

Media Corporation, attached as Annex “B”.

b. Advertising contract attached as Annex “C”;

c. Affidavit of Publication signed by Mina G. Satorre, the

Advertising Manager of Pilipino Mirror as Annex “D”;

d. Copy of the front page and page 15 of Pilipino Mirror dated 26

February 2015 Taon 3- Isyu 313, as Annex “E”;

e. Copy of the front page and page 15 of Pilipino Mirror dated 12

March 2015 Taon 3- Isyu 327, as Annex “F”; and

f. Copy of the front page and page 15 of Pilipino Mirror dated 05

March 2015 Taon 3- Isyu 320, as Annex “G”.

PRAYER

In view of the foregoing compliance, Petitioner prays for that the

foregoing be noted by the Honorable Court to form part of the records of
the case.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
