2. Start your message with a brief message acknowledging the presence of the partner
agencies and participants concerned. In case na wala ka ng time to gather the relevant
personal info (e.g names and official capacities) ng mga dadalo. It would be safe if you’ll
try to run it this way.

On behalf of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region V under the
leadership of our hardworking Regional Director Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda CESO III, it is my great
privilege to address our esteemed partner agencies – the National Police Commission Region V
with its Regional Director, Director III Ramon M. Raneses CESO IV, ang National Crime
Prevention Week Technical Working Group (NCPW-TWG), graduating criminology students,
ang Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT), ang ating mga Sangguniang Kabataang
officials of the Province of Albay, organizers and guests who are behind the success of this
activity.
We have been working around the clock- with all of our hands on deck, naging katuwang namin
kayo sa pagsuporta ng ating mga mamamayan on providing them the services that they
deserve- that are inclusive and participatory. Ber months na and ramdam naman natin ang
simoy ng hangin. As year 2022 draws to a near, we will ALL get through this with resounding
impacts on peace and development.
Tulad ng sa banda, it wouldn’t be enough kung isa o dalawang instrumento lang ang mga
tumutugtog. So we should work to bring the band together. We can create the best music-we
can deliver the best results, when we do it together.
May we all endeavor to make this engagement more productive and worth your time and effort
as we all participate and enjoy in making Crime and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control cum
