In compliance with DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023-047, on the Conduct of Inventory and Turnover of
all Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Properties, Financial Records, Documents (PFRDs) and
Money Accountabilties by all Incumbent Barangay and SK Officials and DILG Memorandum Circular No.
2023-166 “Guidance on the Assumption of Office of the Barangay and SK Officials Elected on October 30,
2023 Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (BSKE) and Other Relevant Directives, the
Municipal Assessment and Transition Team will conduct the final inventory and turnover of
Barangay/Sangguniang Kabataan Properties, Financial Records, Documents and Money Accountabilities in
all Barangays. For Barangay Poblacion 2 the conduct of final inventory and turnover will be on November 7,
2023 at 9:00 in the morning.

In this regard, all concerned barangay officials are required to prepare Inventory Form 2 and present all
Properties, Financial Records, Documents and Money Accountabilities on the said date for turnover to the
new set of officials. Moreover, we would like to request for the presence of the newly elected officials for
the formal turnover.
