SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN PROPERTIES, FINANCIAL RECORDS,
DOCUMENTS AND MONEY ACCOUNTABILITIES BY ALL INCUMBENT
BARANGAY AND SK OFFICIALS, AND THE CREATION OF BARANGAY
AND SK INVENTORY TEAM AND CITY/MUNICIPAL ASSESSMENT AND
TURNOVER TEAM, IN VIEW OF THE OCTOBER 30, 2023 BARANGAY
AND SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ELECTIONS

Date : April 04, 2023

This refers to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2023-047 dated March 21, 2023 relative
to the abovecited subject. Based on said Memorandum, barangay officials are:

1. Enjoined to conduct an inventory of all government properties under their custody and
to turnover said properties to the incoming SK Officials not later than November 30, 2023;
2. Directed to organize a Sangguniang Kabataan Inventory Team (SKIT) by the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairpeson;
3. Directed to conduct Turnover Ceremonies by all Outgoing to Incoming SK Officials;
4. Enjoined to ensure that all barangays property and money accountabilities are properly
turned-over to the incoming/ elected SK Officials.

In this regard, please ensure that the following activities/ functions of the SKIT are
undertaken and complied with:
