RESOLUTION NO. 2021-11-003

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SK ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR

2022 OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY GUMAHAN,
JOSEFINA, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR.

WHEREAS, Section 329 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government
Code of 1991 states that 10% of the General Fund of the Barangay shall set
aside for the Sangguniang Kabataan;

WHEREAS, Article XI of the 2019 of the Katipunan ng Kabataan and Sangguniang

Kabataan Constitution and By-laws provide guidelines for the allocation of SK
Funds;

WHEREAS, Section 3.3.2.1 of Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) no. 1 series of 2019,
state that the SK annual budget, which is the financial plan embodying the
estimates of the income and expenditures of the SK for one (1) fiscal year,
shall be prepared in accordance with the approved ABYIP and in Section
3.3.2.2 states that the SK Chairperson, with the assistance of the SK Treasurer
and SK Secretary shall prepare the SK annual budget consisting the following;
(i) estimates of income; and (ii) expenditure program;

WHEREAS, the SK Chairperson together with the assistance of the SK Secretary, SK

Treasurer prepares the SK Annual Budget of the Sangguniang Kabataan of
Barangay Gumahan, Josefina, Zamboanga Del Sur from the period of January
01, 2022 to December 31, 2022 based on the approved Annual Barangay
Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) last 22 nd day of October 2021 , in the
amount of Three Hundred Ninety Two Thousand and Twenty Five Pesos and
10/100 (Php 392, 025.10) and presented the same for consideration of this
august body.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion made by SK Kagawad Miradyl T. Mercadero and

unanimously seconded, be it
RESOLVED, as this body hereby resolved to approve the SK Annual Budget for the
Fiscal Year 2022 of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Gumahan, Josefina,
Zamboanga Del Sur.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish the copy of this Resolution, to the SK Municipal

Federation President and the office of Sangguniang Barangay of Brgy. Gumahan, Josefina,
Zamboanga Del Sur for their information and guidance of action.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
