Baldos, Jr. regarding the recommendation of the Provincial Finance Committee
for the LGU Pinamalayan to give priority to the creation of at least four (4)
mandatory positions, among of which is the Municipal Persons with Disability
Affairs Officer, before creating non-mandatory positions, with the request to the
Honorable Body to allow the said LGU for the temporary deferment of creation of
another position in the Disability Affairs occupational group, since a position of
the same salary grade as a Disability Affairs Officer I (SG-11) was already
created and filled up to cater to PWD concerns in the municipality, for appropriate
