1. Attendance

1. PRELIMINARIES
The prayer was led by Quennie Asaula, Principal I, Milagros West District, followed by the acknowledgement
of participants given by the Municipal Social Welfare and Development, Ma’am Ruth R. Sia.
The Municipal Administrator, Alfredo B. Revil presided over the meeting. He welcomed everyone and highlighted
some important matters on the progress of the PPAs with allocated Special Education Fund.
2. Roll Call and Confirmation of Quorum: Secretary conducted roll call; confirmed a quorum was present.
4. Approval of Minutes from the Previous Meeting: Minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and
approved without amendments
5. MEETING PROPER
a. Updates on the Honorarium of Admin-Aide for the Month of AUGUST.
During the meeting, the Acting Municipal Treasurer presented updates on the honorarium of the Admin-
Aide for the month of August, as listed in the disbursed record of monthly compensation for the Admin
Aide provided by the Municipal Office to Milagros East and Milagros West District.
Continuous mapping of the ALS Volunteers is on-going to reach the school aged children and Out of
School Youth. Activities will be assisted by the Barangays.
d. Others:
Members discussed on some adjustments on the schedule of programs, projects and activities. The
submission of the ALS contract of service will be extended until the last week of August.
The next regular meeting is scheduled on the 3rd Monday of August, 2023
g. ADJOURNMENT:
There being no other matters as well as topics and issues to discuss, the motion of GREGORIO P.
OLIVAR JR. the meeting was adjourned at exactly 12:00 on the same date.
