“DESIGNATING THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM AND THE COMMUNITY
FACILITATORS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF KAPIT-BISIG LABAN SA
KAHIRAPAN – COMPREHENSIVE INTEGRATED DELIVERY OF SOCIAL
SERVICES (KALAHI-CIDSS) AND THE MUNICIPAL COMMUNITY- DRIVEN
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MCDDP) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SABLAYAN,
OCCIDENTAL MINDORO”
WHEREAS, KALAHI CIDSS and Municipal Community Driven Development
Program are strategies to alleviate poverty by recognizing a strategy for achieving service
delivery, poverty reduction, and good governance outcomes;
WHEREAS, the principle of participatory governance, transparency, accountability
and sustainability will be ensured in this process;
NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the powers vested upon me as the Local Chief Executive
of the Municipality of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro, I do hereby Order the designation of
Technical Support Team and the Community Facilitators in the Implementation of Kapit-
Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-
CIDSS) and the Municipal Community- Driven Development Program (MCDDP) in the
Municipality of Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro”

Section 2. Functions and Duties of the CF and Technical Support Team;
a.) Lead and/or assist and support the assigned personnel of Department of Social
Welfare and Development in all activities and documentation concerning the
implementation of KALAHI CIDSS in the Municipality of Sablayan, Occidental
Mindoro;
b.) Lead and/or assist the Barangay Officials and Community Volunteers and
stakeholders in the process and KALAHI CIDSS and/or MCDDP;
c.) Assist and coordinate with the MIAC, MCT and Technical Support Team from time
to time and;
d.) Perform other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary;
Section 3. Benefits. Subject to availability of funds and accomplishment report, since the
designation of the Technical Support Team and CF is in addition to their function and
responsibilities, they are entitled to monthly honoraria.
Since community works are done during Saturdays, Sundays and even holidays, designated
non permanent TST and CEF are also authorized to claim pays as long as there is due
authorization from their superior/s to render services during the period. This order is to be
indicated in their Appointment.
