RESOLUTION DESIGNATING HON. HERNAN V. ANTONIO,

CHAIRMAN, COMMITTEE ON LAWS AND GOOD GOVERNMENT,
AS MEMBER OF THE PEOPLES LAW ENFORCEMENT BOARD
(PLEB)

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 114, Series of 1992, was enacted to create

the Peoples Law Enforcement Board (PLEB) in the City of San Carlos, Negros
Occidental, as organized under R.A. 6975, otherwise known as Department of
the Interior and Local Government Act of 1990;

WHEREAS, Sec. 3 Rule III of DILG MC No. 91-002, designates any

member of the Sangguniang Panlungsod/Bayan chosen by the Sanggunian
concerned to comprise one of the members of the PLEB;

WHEREAS, a new set of local officials was elected during the May 10,
2010 local and national elections;

WHEREAS, there is a need to designate a member of this august Body to

be a member of the Peoples Law Enforcement Board (PLEB);

NOW, THEREFORE, on Motion of Hon. CARMONA, duly seconded by

Hon. UY, it was

RESOLVED, to designate Hon. Hernan V. Antonio, Chairman,

Committee on Laws and Good Government, as member of the Peoples Law
Enforcement Board (PLEB).

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the City

Mayor, Hon. Hernan V. Antonio, the Philippine National Police, San Carlos City
Command and the City Legal Officer, this city, for their information.
