In compliance to DILG Memorandum Circular 2018-12 dated February

2018 and in furtherance of EO issued by then Punong Barangay Norberto A. Cabo, a
final inventory and turn over of BPFRDs shall be conducted on Friday July 13, 2018 at
9:00 AM at the Multi-purpose hall of Barangay Pagbabangnan.

In view hereof , we are enjoining the 2018 members of the Barangay

Inventory Team of this barangay to be present and turn-over all barangay properties,
financial records and all barangay documents in their possession to the newly elected
barangay officials.

The conduct of this final inventory is done in order to ensure the smooth
transition of governance from the previous set officials to the newly elected barangay
officials.
