RESOLUTION TO REQUEST DAVAO LIGHT AND POWER COMPANY FOR

ELECTRIFICATION AT PUROK BAYABAS BARANGAY TALANDANG, TUGBOK
DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY IN LINE WITH THE ELCAC WATER SYSTEM INSTALLATION
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, electrification helps the people of the said puroks to improve their income opportunities,
improve access to social services, increase the agricultural employment, education of students, and many
other opportunities with the help of electrification.
WHEREAS, presented for proper action of the body is the necessity to install power line for the said
Purok of this Barangay and will be address through Punong Barangay Cinderela Dumagan-Hiyas.
NOW THEREFORE, upon careful deliberation on the matter and on motion of Kagawad Charipi V.
Dumagan, Committee on Infrastructure, duly seconded by majority of its members, presents it was;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to request davao light and power company for
electrification at Purok Bayabas Barangay Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City in line with the
ELCAC Water System Installation Project.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the realization of the project will greatly beneficial and improved the
economic development of the people of entire populace of Talandang.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that this request be given a priority action.

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF THE TALANDANG PEDICAB DRIVERS

AND OPERATORS ASSOCIATION (TAPDOA) AND MEMBERS TO NOT ALLOW OTHER
PEDICAB DRIVERS TO DELIVER PASSENGERS FROM BARANGAY TALANDANG TO
CALINAN AND VICE VERSA.
WHEREAS, The Barangay Council of Barangay Calinan Poblacion is establishing a temporary color
coding to all pedicab drivers and the Talandang Pedicab Drivers and Operators Association (TAPDOA) is
following the temporary color coding scheme implementation.
WHEREAS, due to that implementation the Talandang Pedicab Drivers and Operators Association
(TAPDOA) and members realize the reduce of their income compared to as before.
WHEREAS, The president of the Talandang Pedicab Drivers and Operators Association (TAPDOA)
appeared personally to the Barangay Council regular session for their request to exclusively deliver
passengers from Barangay Talandan to Calinan and Vice Versa.
WHEREAS, The Council members saw the needs of the Talandang Pedicab Drivers and Operators
Association (TAPDOA) and its members to increase their daily income by providing the request
following the conditions enumerated below.
1. Talandang Pedicab Drivers and Operators Association (TAPDOA) is exclusive to deliver

passengers from Barangay Talandang to Calinan and Vice Versa.
2. Drivers from Barangay Talandang to Calinan are allowed to deliver passengers during
emergencies, regardless of their residency.
3. Talandang Pedicab Drivers and Operators Association (TAPDOA) is responsible for
providing security, post at the Barangay Talandang boundary as well as providing
allowance and incentive to the assigned personnel.
4. Following the hours of operations, Pedicab drivers have the liberty to deliver passengers
to Barangay Talandang after 7pm regardless of their residency.

NOW THEREFORE, upon careful deliberation on the matter and on motion of Kagawad Charipi V.
Dumagan, duly seconded by majority of its members, presents it was;
RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copy of the resolution to CTTMO, Barangay Calinan, TAPDOA all
agencies evolved;
RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approved the request of the Talandang Pedicab

Drivers And Operators Association (TAPDOA) and members to not allow other pedicab drivers to
deliver passengers from and to Barangay Talandang.

RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE RENEWAL OF BUSINESS PERMIT OF MS.

CARMELITA BAHINTING SATOR A RESIDENT OF BARANGAY LAMPIANAO, CALINAN
DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY TO EXTRACT SAND AND GRAVEL (QUARRYING) LOCATED
AT SITIO ASANG PUROK SANTOL TALANDANG, TUGBOK DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY.
WHEREAS, it is a pre requisite to all businessman regardless of type of its business, legally operating in
the Barangay/City to have a yearly renewal of their business permit/license;
WHEREAS, The Barangay Council of Barangay Talandang interposes no objection to the renewal of
Ms. Carmelita Bahinting Sator to extract sand and gravel considering that it will bring about employment
to the local force since it is a business venture, it will certainly add to the Internal Revenue Allotment
(IRA) of Barangay Talandang;
NOW, THEREFORE, after careful deliberation and discussion on the matter and on the motion of
Kagawad Fernando I. Candia Jr., Chairman on Environment Committee duly seconded by majority of
its members, presents, it was;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the renewal of business permit of Ms.

Carmelita Bahinting Sator to extract sand and gravel (Quarry) located at Sitio Asang, Purok Santol,
Talandang, Tugbok District, Davao City.

FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR PROMISE TO SHOULDER THE PROCESS OF LAND
SURVEY AS PER THE MINUTES OF THE DIALOGUE RECORDED AND SIGNED LAST 30th
OF JULY 2020 AT BARANGAY TALANDANG, TUGBOK DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY.
WHEREAS, The said dialogue was attended by the presence of the authorities and agencies involved
from DAR, RPSB, Peace 911, HUMABAKKK, BARBCO last 30 th of July 2020, presided by the
Punong Barangay Hon. Cinderela Dumagan-Hiyas.
WHEREAS, The members of the Hugpong ng Mag-uuma sa Banarao sa Kalinaw, Kalambuan sa

Katawhan (HUMABAKK) has been anticipating for the promise to be fulfilled and to finally realize the
long awaited land title.
NOW, THEREFORE, After careful deliberation and discussion on the matter and on the motion of
Kagawad Joselito S. Lopez, duly seconded by majority of its members, presents, it was;
RESOLVED FINALLY, To furnish copy of the resolution to DAR, RPSB, Peace 911, BARBCO, 27
IB, Peace 911 and all other agencies evolved;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, A resolution requesting the Department Of Agrarian

Reform (DAR) to follow through with their promise to shoulder the process of land survey as per the
minutes of the dialogue recorded and signed last 30th of July 2020, at Barangay Talandang, Tugbok
District, Davao City.
