KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, GODOFREDO S. RANGAS, Chairman of BARBCO, Talandang, Davao

City.

And

TALANDANG BARANGAY COUNCIL, represented by CINDERELA

DUMAGAN-HIYAS, Brgy. Captain herein after called as the, DONEE.

The land is owned by BIAO AGRARIAN REFORM BENEFICIARIES

COOPERATIVE (BARBCO), and the majority of the board of directors approved to
donate the _______________, _______________ at Sito Banarao, Talandang, Davao
City in order to realize the project for the benefits and enjoyment of both current and
future generations;

That this DONATION is made for and in consideration of the trust, fidelity, help
and affection shown upon the Donor by the Donee and as act of gratitude and liberality,
the Donor hereby GIVES, TRANSFERS and CONVEYS by way of Donation unto the
Donee, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest the above-mentioned lot with all the
improvements found thereon, free from liens, encumbrances and charges of whatever
kind;

That the Donor affirms that this Donation is not made with intent to defraud their
creditors and they have sufficient funds and property reserved for himself and their
obligation;

That the Donee hereby accept and received this Donation made in favor of the
Barangay/ Donee and hereby manifest his gratefulness for the latter’s generosity and
liberty;
