RESOLUTION OF NON-IMPOSITION OF CHARGES TO THE PROJECT
CONTRACTOR OF THE MULTI-PURPOSE HALL PROJECT OF PHASE V
GRANDVALLEY SUBDIVISION, BARANGAY MAHABANG PARANG,
MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO, RIZAL.
WHEREAS, the Homeowners of Phase V Grandvalley Subdivision, Barangay Mahabang Parang,
Angono, Rizal aims to provide a safe and convenient space for the recreation and relaxation for its
community;
WHEREAS, a designated open space through the construction of a Multi-Purpose Hall will be beneficial
to its residents especially the youth and senior citizens and will also promote not only social interaction
but as well as environmental awareness through planting activities and other related mainstream
endeavors;
WHEREAS, the realization of this project is through the cooperation of the homeowners, its board
members and officers, as well as the support of the local government of the Municipality of Angono;
WHEREAS, one of the requirements for the construction of the Multi-Purpose Hall is a letter/resolution
from the homeowners association stating that the project contractor will not be imposed of charges
throughout the construction of the said project;
WHEREAS, this Board Resolution from the homeowners of Phase V Grandvalley Subdivision herein
approved the non-imposition of financial charges for the project contractor ____________ for the entire
duration of the construction of the Multi-Purpose Hall.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the GRAND VALLEY

SUBDIVISION PHASE V HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION INC. of the Barangay Mahabang Parang,
Angono, Rizal in its Board Meeting duly assembled on __th of ________, 2023, declaring the non-
imposition of financial charges for the project contractor __________ for the entire duration of the
construction of the Multi-Purpose Hall in Grand Valley Subdivision Phase V.
