A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MUNICIPAL MAYOR

HON. ALVERA VERONICA R. RIMANDO MD, FPSMS, RMT
TRU VICE MAYOR ARTHUR CARLOS VOLTAIRE R.
RIMANDO FOR APPROVAL OF 500,000 PROJECT FOR THE
MULTI PURPOSE BUILDING SITUATED AT BARANGAY
NEW VISAYAS, MACO, DAVAO DE ORO.

WHEREAS, the budget intended for the Multi-Purpose Building of our Barangay.

WHEREAS, the council decided that the budget will be intended for the construction of Waiting
Shed and could be benefit to three Purok, which is the amount is divided equally.

WHEREAS, the three Purok beneficiaries are the following; Purok 3-Mansanitas, Purok 5-
Semen-semen, and Purok 6-Kabaywa.

THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Elmera G. Jubahib which was duly seconded by all members’
presents, it was;
RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to request as this Sangguniang Bayan hereby
earnestly requesting the Municipal Mayor Hon. Alvera Veronica R. Rimando MD,
FPSMS, RMT tru Vice Mayor Arthur Carlos Voltaire R. Rimando for Approval of
500,000 Project for the Multi-Purpose Building Situated at Barangay New Visayas,
Maco, Davao De Oro.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward copies of this resolution, Office of the Municipal Mayor and
other concerned agencies.
