PREVIOUS MINUTES FROM THE SANGGUNIANG PAMBARANGAY SESSION HELD AT THE SESSION HALL OF
CAUSWAGAN, LILOY, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE ON JANUARY 1, 2022 AT EXACTLY 1:00 IN THE AFTERNOON.

ABSENT: NONE

1. The meeting was called to order at exactly 1:00 in the afternoon. The opening prayer was led by Hon.
Arsenio Salapa followed by the Pambansang Awit led by. Hon. Tomasa Lismis. The secretary called the roll,
it shows nine (9) are present and none is absent. The chairman declared we were in quorum and
proceeded to the business of the day.
2. Hon. Enrique Bacordo motioned to approve the business of the day and seconded by Hon. Tomasa Lismis.
3. The secretary read the previous minutes. And motion for approval was done by Hon. Nolie Montemor and
was seconded by Hon. Amador Ego-ogan.
4. Treasurer’s Report:
The treasurer reported that she deposited an amount of Php10, 335.00.
5. Chairman’s Hour:
The chairman greeted everyone a Happy New Year and thanked the body for their presence and
100% attendance. He sadly expressed the his reasons of cancelling the event which is the Araw ng
Causwagan. Then, he ended his part hoping that everyone will be united for the next
activities/events for this year.
6. Agenda
Collection of water bills
After the discussion and deliberation, the council agreed to schedule the water bills
payment on Jan. 5, 2022.

7. Adjournment
The meeting was motioned to be adjourned by Hon. Tomasa Lismis and was duly seconded by Hon.
Luzminda Palma at exactly 4:00PM.
