    Series of 2021

    A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR DENTAL MISSION AND


    OPERATION TULI 2021

    WHEREAS, the council assembled in a duly convened Regular session for which it sees
    important issues shall be discussed and motions are considered for immediate execution;

    WHEREAS, the constituent of Barangay New Visayas as reported by our BHW is need to have a
    “operation tuli and dental mission for that is need by our fellowmen;

    THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Arlene d. Gutierrez which was duly seconded by all members’
    presents, it was;

    RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to request For Dental Mission and Operation Tuli 2021

    RESOLVED FINALLY, to forward copies of this resolution, Office of the Municipal Mayor and
    other concerned agencies.

    CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY:

    I HEREBY CERTIFY to the correctness of the foregoing resolution.
