A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE BARANGAY COUNCIL FOR THE
PROTECTION OF CHILDREN (BCPC) TO BE APPROPRIATED IN THE AMOUNT OF FORTY-FOUR
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE PESOS (P 44,479.00) FROM THE ANNUAL
BUDGET FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2024.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of 83-B Cogon adopted and approved the BCPC fund amounting
to forty-four thousand four hundred seventy-nine pesos from the Annual Budget for the Calendar Year
2024 of Barangay 83-B Cogon San Jose, Tacloban City.

WHEREAS, the BCPC fund is intended for planning, implementing activities and addressing issues
pertaining to children.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member HON. NOMER F. DABAN which duly
seconded by all the SB Member present be it;

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, a resolution adopting and approving the BCPC fund
amounting to forty-four thousand four hundred seventy-nine pesos from the Annual Budget for the
Calendar Year 2024.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all offices concerned.

ADOPTED unanimously this 15th day of January, 2024.
