Series of 2021

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMS THE APPOINTMENT OF HONEY

QUEEN BALBIRAN AS BARANGAY SECRETARY OF
BARANGAY NEW VISAYAS, MACO, DAVAO DE ORO.

WHEREAS, Joylyn B. Juanitez voluntary exit or resigned as a Barangay Secretary effective

April 20, 2021;

WHEREAS, such resignation created a vacancy in the position of Barangay Secretary;

WHEREAS, in the exigency of Public Service, Honey Queen Balbiran was appointed as
Barangay Secretary effective April 21, 2021;

WHEREAS, this April body has found out that Honey Queen Balbiran possesses all the
qualifications and none of the disqualification to the said position pursuant to section 394(b) of
Republic Act No. 7160;

WHEREAS, the said Barangay Secretary shall exercise the duties and responsibilities as well as
privileges and benefits as provided for by law;

NOW THEREFORE, on mass motion of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay New Visayas
and duly seconded by the same, to confirm the appointment of Ms. Honey Queen Balbiran as
Barangay Secretary;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolve, to concur the appointment of Honey

Queen Balbiran as Barangay Secretary of Barangay New Visayas, Maco, Davao de
Oro.
RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished all concerned for information
and reference.
