A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF BARANGAY

SECRETARY OF BARANGAY BASAK, LAPU-LAPU CITY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 394 of Republic Act 7160, the Barangay Secretary shall be
appointed by the Punong Barangay with the concurrence of the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREAS, IMELDA BIAGAN ALABASTRO is appointed by Punong Barangay JASMINE

MARIE KING CHAN as the Barangay Secretary subject for the concurrence of this Body;

WHEREAS, IMELDA BIAGAN ALABASTRO possesses all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications to the position as the new Barangay Secretary of this Barangay;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad FRANCISCO LIMPANGUG, duly

seconded by Barangay Kagawad JABIN MAR SHELDRON YAGONG;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the above appointed Barangay

Secretary of Barangay Basak, Lapu-lapu City, is hereby CONCURRED;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copy of this resolution be furnished all offices concerned.
