METERS LAND OWNED AND DONATED BY HON. EMRAN S. BENITO FOR AKAP
LEARNING CENTER IN FAVOR OF THE BARANGAY LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT
(BLGU) - DIRAGUN, MAROGONG, LANAO DEL SUR"

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay in quorum and assembled to discuss thoroughly the
acquisition of Land for proposed barangay learning center in favor of the Barangay Learning
Center of about 5,000 sq. Meters where to conveniently accommodate project implementation,

WHEREAS, many would be donors from the Barangay have been asked to donate at least 5,000
sq. Meters for learning center;

WHEREFORE, after lengthily deliberation with thanks and gratitude, on motion of HON. ALI
A. JUMANGEN, Committee Chairman on Peace and Order and Public Safety,

RESOLVED as it is hereby Resolved the approval of the Barangay Resolution regarding the
APPROVING BARANGAY RESOLUTION THE FIVE THOUSAND (5,000) SQ. METERS
LAND OWNED AND DONATED BY HON. EMRAN S. BENITO FOR AKAP LEARNING
