“RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT
PLAN OF BARANGAY TIMBAB, BUTIG, LANAO DEL SUR.
 WHEREAS, upon the signing of the Republic Act No. 10121 or the Philipine Risk Reduction Mangaement Act of
2010 which was signed into law on May 2010 and all other related laws, decrees, executive orders and issuances;

WHEREAS, the law mandated all local Government Units to formulate and implement the comprehensive
Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Mangaement Plan;

WHEREAS, the plan was formulated in accordance with the framework as prescribed under R.A. 10121 and the
document was crafted through planning/workshop process by the BDRRM Council;

WHEREAS, the 5% BDRRM fund for the Current Year was appropriated by 30% Quick Response fund and 70%
for Disaster preparedness;

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of HON. MEDALIA P. DIMAACAL and duly seconded by the members present;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to approve the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan of
Barangay TIMBAB, BUTIG, LANAO DEL SUR.

RESOLVED FURTHER that the copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Office of the MLGOO, MDRRMC and
Minicipal Accountant for their information.
