RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF MRS. AILEEN BUGSAHAN LAQUE AS

THE TREASURER OF BARANGAY PIGSAG-AN COUNCIL, CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY.

WHERE AS, due to her hard work and dedication in serving the people and the office of the punong
barangay as BRK of the barangay, the council supported and voted to appoint her as the new treasurer of
barangay pigsag-an this city.

WHERE AS, Mrs. AILEEN BUGSAHAN LAQUE is appointed by Punong Barangay SONNY A.
RONDAHAN as the barangay treasurer subject for the concurrence of this body;

WHERE AS, the barangay council came into action to appoint her as barangay treasurer to consistently
keep records and reports in relation to financial status needed and mandated by the local government of
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY.

NOW THERFORE, on motion of kagawad EDWIN LINSAGAN. and duly seconded by all Sangguniang
barangay member;

BE IT RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved, that the above appointed barangay treasurer of barangay
pigsag-an , Cagayan De Oro City is hereby CONCURRED;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of the secretariat and
the secretary of the office of the interior and local government for the information and appropriate
action.
