A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL

GOVERNOR HONORABLE BEN P. EVARDONE OF EASTER SAMAR FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE
BARANGAY HEALTH EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM.

WHEREAS, in response to COVID-19 the Barangay Council created the Barangay Emergency Response
Team (BHERTS);

WHEREAS, the Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) take charge with the promotion of
health and safety within its territorial jurisdiction and provide basic service in the response to the
growing concern over the outbreak of COVID-19;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council seek for financial Assistance from the office of the Governor HON. BEN
P. EVARDONE to give support for the service rendered of Barangay Health Emergency Response Team
(BHERT) in our fight against COVID-19;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Allan P. Gerbon, and duly seconded by Hon. Danilyn Gerbon, in
session duly assembled;

RESOLVE AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay, Brgy. Campacion, Arteche, Eastern
Samar to respectfully request from the office of the Governor HON. BEN P. EVARDONE.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED: October 5, 2020 at the Barangay Session Hall, Brgy. Campacion,
Arteche, Eastern Samar.
