EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 02 Series 2018

ORGANIZATION OF BARANGAY TASK FORCE ON REGISTRY OF BARANGAY INHABITANTS (RBI) OF

BARANGAY VILLANUEVA, MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MANUEL, PROVINCE OF ISABELA.

WHEREAS, it is an accordance with the provision of RA 7160 and other issuances that all
residence of all barangays should accounted for and listed in the record of inhabitants being kept by the
barangay secretary;

WHEREAS, said list of the barangay residents must be updated every six (6) months;

WHEREAS, pursuant to DILG memo circulars, regular reporting of the registration of residents
should be done quarterly;

WHEREAS, as per said DILG MC No. 20018-144 there is a need to organize a barangay task force
to fast track registration of barangay residents;

NOW THEREFORE, I RENATO M. MERCADO, Punong Barangay of Villanueva, San Manuel,

Isabela, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, hereby order the creation of the Barangay Task
Force on RBI with the following composition and function, to wit:

Section 1 – Composition

Chairman : RENATO M. MERCADO Punong Barangay

Vice Chairman : RENY JOEY G. DOMINGO Barangay Secretary
Members : NENITA G. AGUSTIN BNS
: MARGIE R. VENGAZO BHW
: MARGIE D. RINGOR BHW
: ESMERALDA A. AGUINALDO BHW
: RIZALINA A. AGUINALDO BHW
: LILIA L. VALDEZ BHW
: MEDINA O. LACAMBRA BHW
: MARY ANN S. VILORIA BHW
: RUTCHEL J. ERESE BHW

Section 2 – Functions

1. Responsible in the registration of all inhabitants in the Barangay;

2. Submit quarterly reports;
3. Update the list of RBI every six (6) months; and
4. Perform such other duties as required by law or ordinance.

Section 3 – Effectivity

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
