RESOLUTION NO. 05, SERIES 2020

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SELLING OF UTILITY VEHICLE OWNED BY THE

BARANGAY VILLANUEVA.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council on their special session held on 2 nd day of March 2020
deliberated the selling of a certain utility vehicle owned by the Barangay Villanueva.

WHEREAS, a certain utility vehicle owned by the Barangay Villanueva is no longer functional due to
mutilation.

WHEREAS, a certain utility vehicle described as white Mitsubishi L300 Van 1997 model, engine
number D4BXR701793, chassis number LO39PYZ1-13488 and with plate number SJY 582.

WHEREFORE, upon unanimous accord of all Sangguniang Barangay Member present

RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to sell a certain utility vehicle described as white
Mitsubishi L300 Van 1997 model, engine number D4BXR701793, chassis number LO39PYZ1-13488
and with plate number SJY 582 owned by the Barangay Villanueva.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this resolution to the office of the Municipal
Mayor, DILG and COA for their information.
