RESOLUTION REQUESTING FROM HONORABLE ROSEMARIE C. PANOTES,
2ND DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVE OF CAMARINES NORTE, FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
FOR THE 1ST BATAGAN FESTIVAL OF BARANGAY CAHABAAN, TALISAY,
CAMARINES NORTE

WHEREAS; Barangay Cahabaan, Talisay, Camarines Norte will be celebrating its

1st Batagan Festival on August 20-24, 2023;

WHEREAS; the Sangguniang Barangay of Cahabaan, Talisay, Camarines Norte

planned to conduct various activities that will showcase and uplift the lives of every
Cahabaaños and Talisaynons, such as:

1. Sexy Babe 2023;

2. Eco-bricks making contest;
3. Hauler Float Competition;
4. Laro ng Lahi; and
5. Barangay Night

WHEREAS; the Sangguniang Barangay of Cahabaan, this Municipality has limited

funds to finance all the aforesaid activities;

NOW THEREFORE; on motion of Barangay Kagawad Jamaica Bilano and

unanimously seconded, be it;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED; to request from the Honorable

Rosemarie C. Panotes, 2nd District Representative, Camarines Norte, financial assistance
for the 1st Batagan Festival of Barangay Cahabaan, Talisay, Camarines Norte;
 RESOLVED FURTHER; to furnish copy of this resolution the Office of the 2nd
District Representative of Camarines Norte, Hon. Rosemarie C. Panotes and other
concerned offices for their information & guidance.
