SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION CONCURRING WITH THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. NERISSA G.

MENDAÑO AS BARANGAY SECRETARY OF BARANGAY TIMBANGAN, CALBIGA,
SAMAR.

WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 394 of Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as the
Local Government Code of 1991, the Punong Barangay shall appoint the Barangay
Secretary with the concurrence of the majority of all the members of the Sangguniang
Barangay;

WHEREAS, the Punong Barangay has appointed MS. NERISSA G. MENDAÑO as

Barangay Secretary of Barangay Timbangan, Calbiga, Samar effective immediately;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to concur with the

appointment of MS. NERISSA G. MENDAÑO as Barangay Secretary effective upon the
approval of this Resolution;

BE IT RESOLVED FINALLY that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to all

concerned for their information and guidance;

APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Sangguniang Barangay this 20TH day of

NOVEMBER, 2023 at Barangay Hall of Barangay Timbangan, Calbiga, Samar, Philippines.
