“A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMIT FOR A SPECIAL BENEFIT DANCE TO
MRS. ROSALINDA A. SUMAYANG, OF BARANGAY BINGAY, BORBON, CEBU
FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF MAY AND IT WILL START TOMORRO MAY 6,
13. 20 & 27 IN CONNECTION OF OUR COMING ANNUAL FIESTA
CELEBRATION IN HONOR OF OUR PATRON SR. ANTONIO DE PADUA.”

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Officials decided to have a “BENEFIT DANCE” every
Saturdays of May;

WHEREAS, it had been a tradition that SPECIAL BENEFIT DANCE will be hold to raise funds for the
considered special occasion and to raise funds for the construction of the chapel;

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of all the Barangay Officials present in the session assembled, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS RESOLVED, to grant permit for a benefit dance to Mrs. Rosalinda A. Sumayang
of Barangay Bingay, Borbon, Cebu on May 6, 13, 20 & 27 provided however that PEACE and ORDER will be
strictly be observed during the said activities ;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to request Hon. NOEL T. DOTILLOS, Municipal Mayor of Borbon, Cebu to
grant a permit of the same purpose.
