This is to certify that ALONA D. CAMPO, granddaughter of Lorenzo

Mangaliman, owner of a parcel of land in this Barangay, desires to cut down three
(3) mahogany trees found within the said property.

In view hereof, the undersigned, interposes no objection as to the cutting of

the aforementioned tree provided that all laws, rules and regulations are duly
complied.
