EXCERPTS FROM THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF SAN
ANTONIO, JASAAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL HELD AT THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY SESSION HALL ON
WEDNESDAY, March 22, 2023 AT 2: 00 O’CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON.
Present:
WHEREAS, Barangay San Antonio is in dire need of concreting a 2-kilometer farm to market road
and 110 Solar Street Light for the benefit of the residents in transporting agricultural
products and lighting up the interior puroks;
WHEREAS, The construction and installation of said infrastructure projects is constrained by
financial limitation as the Barangay government depends on financial assistance from
the National government that is ever supportive of barangay development efforts;
WHEREAS, The Barangay government urgently needs development funds to meet the urgency of
the said projects in order to enhance its progress and development and trusts in the
sincere concern of Senator Juan Miguel F. Zubiri in sharing allocation to finance vital
countryside infrastructure programs;
NOW THEREFORE, after due deliberation, and on motion of Hon. Benifreda A. Eugenio, Chair on
Infrastructure and severally seconded, it was
RESOLVED, as this august Body hereby resolves, to request the HONORABLE SENATE PRESIDENT
JUAN MIGUEL F. ZUBIRI, SENATE OF THE REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES, to allocate and
release funds for the concreting of two (2.0) kilometers farm to market road in this
barangay and 110 solar street lights in total amount of five (5) million pesos.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the concerned offices and other
stakeholders for their information and reference.
