The Municipality of Vincenzo Sagun earnestly hope for your support for our
availment of the National Housing Authority’s HOUSING PROJECT for the IP’s at
Barangay Kabatan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. The proposed project covers the
construction of One Hundred (100) Housing Units for the less fortunate Indigenous Peoples
(IP’s) residents of the said Barangay.

One of the requirements for the project’s approval and release of funds is the
Certificate on Rapture and Hazard and other surrounding circumstances relative to the
proposed development site.

It is in this regard that I am requesting your good office for the Rapture and Hazard
certificate. The issuance of the certification will be of great help to the realization of the
housing project and for the benefit of the Indigenous Peoples (IP’s) families in Brgy.
Kabatan.

PROGRAM FOR LGU at Barangay Danan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. The
proposed project covers the construction of Fifty (55) Housing Units for the less privilege,
homeless, those who are informal settlers and those are living in the danger zone/coastal
areas of the said Barangay.

One of the requirements for the project’s approval and release of funds is the
Certificate on Rapture and Hazard and other surrounding circumstances relative to the
proposed development site.
