RESOLUTION NO.2021-01

RESOLUTION UTILIZING THE AMOUNT OF 25,000 THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 25,000.00) FOR THE
HIRING OF CATERING SERVICES DURING THE SYMPOSIUM ON AWARENESS OF ALARM AND
SCANDAL, ILLEGAL DRUGS AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
OF BRGY. BANGAC, MINA, ILOILO.

WHEREAS: Consistent, RA 10742 known as SK ACT shall require the various activity for the
youth.

WHEREAS: the SK made this activity to facilitate the needs of youth in different aspect and to
assess their reaction toward the New Normal.

WHEREAS: The SK need to release such fund to enhance the program and maintain the
participation of the youth.

NOW THEREFORE

On motion of sk kagawad Nancy Marie Patani and duly seconded by sk kagawad Mazette Maseral, be it.

RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED to pass RESOLUTION UTILIZING THE AMOUNT OF 25,000

THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 25,000.00) FOR THE HIRING OF CATERING SERVICES DURING THE
SYMPOSIUM ON AWARENESS OF ALARM AND SCANDAL, ILLEGAL DRUGS AND OTHER RELATED
MATTERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY. BANGAC, MINA, ILOILO.

RESOLVED further to furnish copies of this resolution to the office of the different concerned
agencies for their information and guidance.

Adopted during the special meeting of the sangguniang kabataan this 2th day of January 2021, at
Barangay Bangac, Mina, Iloilo.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC)FOR PROCUREMENT OF THE
SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY TO CONDUCT SHOPPING FOR THE HIRING OF CATERING SERVICES DURING
THE SYMPOSIUM ON AWARENESS OF ALARM AND SCANDAL, ILLEGAL DRUGS AND OTHER RELATED
MATTERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY. BANGAC, MINA, ILOILO.

WHEREAS: Consistent, RA 10742 known as SK ACT shall require the Bids and awards committee (BAC) in
various activity for the youth.
WHEREAS: the SK has no existing BAC and shall need the BAC Officer for the Sangguniang Kabataan
Members for their activities and youth engagement program.

WHEREAS: In every activity that the SK can contribute in our youth to satisfy their needs and empower
our adolescent.

WHEREAS: the BAC Members of the Barangay serves as the temporary BAC for the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Bangac.

NOW THEREFORE

On motion of sk kgwd. Alliah Sahne Palacios and duly seconded bysk kgwd. Robelyn Sobrevega, be it.

RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO CONDUCT SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT (SHOPPING

METHOD PROCUREMENT) FOR HIRING OF CATERING SERVICES DURING THE SYMPOSIUM ON
AWARENESS OF ALARM AND SCANDAL, ILLEGAL DRUGS AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY. BANGAC, MINA, ILOILO.

WHEREAS; RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act provides standard guidelines
on the processes of procuring goods and services for LGU’s and other government entitles to establish
and ensure transparency in all government transactions.

WHEREAS; Sangguniang Kabataan need to conduct SYMPOSIUM ON AWARENESS OF ALARM AND

SCANDAL, ILLEGAL DRUGS AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS AND PROMOTING THE
DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE ESPECIALLY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

WHEREAS: It gives the youth a direct role in shaping policies and programs.

WHEREAS: The Sangguniang Kabataan will appropriated an amount of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
ONLY (Php.25,000.00) taken from 10% sk fund which 10,000.00 will be taken from AID TO BADAC and
15,000.00 will be taken from capability building.

NOW THEREFORE; We the members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby Resolved;

1) To recommend to the Punong Barangay to make use of Small Value Procurement for hiring
catering services during Youth Symposium.
2) To recommend for approval by the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Bangac, Mina, Iloilo
the foregoing findings;

RESOLUTION GRANTING OMNIBUS AUTHORITY TO SK CHAIRMAN HON. JOVEN J.PATANI TO REPRESENT
THE BARANGAY BANGAC, MINA, ILOILO AND TO SIGN AND ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN MONICA CATERING AND EATERY AND BARANGAY BANGAC,MUNICIPALITY OF
MINA, PROVINCE OF ILOILO FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS.

WHEREAS: the Iloilo Provincial Government has appropriated funds under its 2020 Annual budget for
the implementation of infrastructure, socio cultural projects and purchase of equipment / facilities /
goods of different barangays / municipalities in the Province of Iloilo;

WHEREAS: Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bangac , Mina, Iloilo has requested the funds / financial
assistance for the said project;

WHEREAS: there is a need for the execution of the memorandum of Agreement in order to release /
transfer funds as requested and approved:

NOW THEREFORE on motion of sk kgd. Robelyn Sobrevega duly seconded by sk kgd. Alliah Shane
Palacios , be it.
