BPOC RESOLUTION NO. 004

A BPOC RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING t

WHEREAS, the Poundage Fee for stray animals is too small and needs to be increase to give more
awareness and reminder to the owner that they should monitor and control their animals.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Peace and Order Council realize to increase the poundage fee for Stray
animals from Twenty Pesos Per day (P20/Day) to One Hundred Pesos per day (P100/Day)

NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Ruben Gampo-an and duly seconded by Hon. Mike D. Mapute, Jr..

RESOVED as it is hereby resolved to recommend the increase of poundage fee for stray animals under
Barangay Revenue Code, Article B, Chapter VII of Barangay Poblacion, Sominot, Zamboanga del Sur from
Twenty Pesos Per day (P20/Day) to One Hundred Pesos per day (P100/Day)

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of the resolution be furnished and submitted to the Sangguniang
Barangay for Approval..
