    Dear Director De Leon,

    Greetings!

    This refers to the project identified by the office of the undersigned for
    the Seal of Good Local Governance Incentive Fund (SGLGIF) amounting to Five
    Million Pesos (P 5,000,000.00).

    We have initially identified Construction of Sanitary Landfill as our


    proposed project. But since this entails a huge amount of budget, we opted for
    the purchase of garbage truck and back hoe in exchange of the first project
    identified. This will be of great service to the Local Government Unit, specifically
    on the Solid Waste Management which is one of my priority program during my
    incumbency.

    Thanks and looking forward to your continuous support and


    assistance to the Local Government Unit of San Fabian.
