SUBJECT: LETTER OF INTENT

Respectfully submitting to your good office my intent to retire effective March 03,
2023. I have rendered government service in this agency for more than forty-three (43)
years and will be reaching the mandatory retirement age of sixty-five (65) by then. I
have no pending work in NIA MARIIS-Division II and I am currently a member of LGU
San Mateo MDRRMC.

At this juncture, I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude and appreciation to

the management and staff for their unselfish support during my stay in the agency.

Meanwhile, as per Memorandum Circular No. 124 S. 2022, I can recommend

three(3) ranking employees to be designated as Acting Division Manager/Officer-in-
charge to wit:
1. Engr. Ronnie B. Besa – Principal Engineer C (OMEIDS Section Head)
2. Engr. Joel H. Bose – Supervising Engineer A ( Area 1 O & M Section)
3. Engr. Jovimar M. Bariuad – Supervising Engineer ( Area 2 O & M Section.
