This office would like to ask and request your assistance regarding our deficit
amounting to 1,373,448.15 on Personnel Services allotment due to error on the identification
of savings offered to the Regional Office. Balances were used as of November 22, 2022.

We humbly ask our apology on this error which have caused your office
inconvenience and rest assured the avoidance of committing the same mistakes in the future.
