    GREETINGS!

    This letter pertains to the letter received dated November 2, 2022 which is a “NOTICE OF VIOLATION”
    (P.D 1586, R.A 6969, R.A 8749, R.A9275). We are amenable on our incompetence of not securing the
    said permits. It was known that GEORGE P. OPINALDO, who was the PCO and MEPEO of our company
    retired last December 2021. With the said, we are still on the process of transition.

    We are now working on the said permits since we were notified on the said by one of your EMB
    personnel who were present during the MMT and we were truly thankful for giving us the awareness to
    comply but rest assured we are complying to a have a safe mining and quarrying.

    We are grateful and we hoping for your kind consideration.
