MINUTE OF THE MOBILE SESSION AS REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF VILLAROS,
BAGABAG, NUEVA VIZCAYA HELD ON FEBRUARY 04, 2022 AT 8:30 IN THE MORNING AT THE BARANGAY
SESSION HALL.

A. CALL TO ORDER
The Presiding Officer called the session to order at 8:30 in the morning, the quorum was certified for the purpose of
transacting business. And the session started by a prayer led by Barangay Secretary, Ms. Elmalyn A. Carillo, and
followed by singing the National Anthem & Vizcaya Hymn conducted by the Barangay Secretary, as well.

B. READING OF PREVIOUS MINUTES, MATTER ARISING FROM THE MINUTES OF THE PREVIOUS
SESSION.
- There were no minutes of meeting that has been prepare by the Barangay Secretary due to hectic schedule and she
undergo for home quarantine for 10 days.

C. PREVIOUS HOUR/SPECIAL REPORT

1. HON. CRISOSTOMO B. JALLORINA-BRGY. KAGAWAD
-he informed the body regarding the following:
-Puor @Judge Atolba, naagapan naman
-during PSA National ID Registration, nagpameryenda ken lunch
-Water System at Purok 2, madi pay open
-Baguio City Seminar, okay naman ang foods, marami naman natutunan
-Family of Florida Gangoso asking for assistance to request wheelchair for her, agpaaramid ti indigency
Presiding officer: to Kgd. Cortez: please help them, need nila picture mismo ni nanang, then gawa ng
request letter and bigyan ng indigency
Kgd Cortez: makompleto laketdi dagiti papel nga kailangan, abisuan dak ta kadwaan kayo
2. HON. RONILO T. ABON SR.-BRGY. KAGAWAD
-he informed the body regarding the following:
-madi nakaumay ni Treasurer ta pirmi uyek na
-Accident, January 25, 2022, at Purok 1-
-Accident, Jan 29, 2022 at Purok 1-arina, trakan ti dadduma nagala, 300 bags napukaw
-Accident, January 30, 2022 at Purok 1-tangke gasul
Presiding officer: agaramid resolution, requesting for additional siganges for the accident prevention
-he asked the body to leave early, for he needs to fetch Mr. Niño Saludares wife (have crack in her spinal
cord & ribs due to car/motor accident) who are currently in the hospital
3. HON. FELY D. CORTEZ-BRGY. KAGAWAD
-She informed the body regarding the following
-Accident at Purok 1, January 29, 2022
-called PNP first, then called Secretary for her to tell Erwin regarding the accident, then
secretary called Kgd. Bedaña also

-he informed the body regarding the following:
-Accident last January 29, 2022, tinawagannak ni secretary, nangrugi ditoy kampu ti natinnag nga
arina, madi mi mapawilan dagiti agala, naikamadami, inkarga da lugan, agiinnadayu ti
nakaipurwakanna.
-Accident last January 30, 2022, close van, haan nawares, naglukat diay maysa nga side ti lugan,
nasyaat ta madi nawares, nu haan ket baka naibus met lang.
-Purok 4 incident, nagwala ni Junior Balut, intawag ni apo kapitan ti Pulis, pinaturog da diay PNP
-Baguio City Seminar, BADAC reminder to us
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF THE RULE BY KGD. WAKINGAN TO ACCOMMODATE

5. HON. EMILIANO D. FONTANILLA– BRGY. KAGAWAD
-he informed the body regarding the following:
-explained why he was absent last ssession, because he was RAT positive, and has been advised by RHU-
Bagabag that he needs to undergo a 14-days home quarantine
-their house was totally closed during that 14 days
-Mayor came to visit him
-Follow-up request, gravelling
-According to Mayor, project at careon road concreting might start on Feb. 15, 2022, 30M budget
-According to Provincial Agricultural Office (PAO)
-2M phase 2 careon road concreting is for bidding on the 17 th of February 2022
6. HON. ROSEMIRA A. WAKINGAN-BRGY. KAGWAD
-she informed the body regarding the following:
-Jan. 18, 2022
-share about Salvattiera, nakatungtong ko, ket ipilit na mangaramidak kasuratan nga
nasayaat ti tungtungan ti kitigan, uray siak lang kanu agpirma, adu maibagbagana
-Feb 3, 2022, inbaga ni Ibing Bañega nga kayat kanu ni Salvatiera nga isuna lang ti apan
yanti ayanna, nga awan kadwa na.
-Jan.30, 2022
-kitigan regarding Bartolome, Mr. Cabiao nangted ti 1meter nga road right of way, while
Mr. Leonardo Bartolome, nag-alad ket inlagpas na diay muhon

-remind the body regarding the monthly evaluation of garbage with
documentation

Kgd Garcia: I-remind dagiti constituents, every purok

-he informed the body regarding the following matters:
-January 26, 2022, Juler Hermoso, nabartek, naaksidente, natukkol luppo ken baba tumeng na
-pasamak dagiti nadisgrasyana:, baket adda bukol na, maysa lalake tukkol takyag na,
driver, same with Juler ti napasamak
-shoulder ko ti diesel, not a problem anymore
-January 29, 2022
-disinfect the whole barangay hall, together with Kapitan & Kgd. Bedaña
-Baguio City Seminar
-regarding VAWC which is bawal sa barangay I-settle
-SMART TELECOM
-came, and I told them to settle first their responsibilities in the barangay before they proceed
on what they are going to do in their tower
-they left their contact details (gave it to secretary)
-Php5000.00 from Mayor para bola per purok, ar-aramidekon dagiti dadduma nga requirements, adda
pay nabat-bati nga 1200 (500 to SK/500 to Treas)
8. HON. RENE REY L. ALCODIA-SK CHAIRPERSON
-he informed the body regarding the following:
-4H Club, magkakaroon ng orientation & election of officers, February 22, 2022/8am
-15-30yrs old, single, no children/kids, free registration
-palista or they can message me in messenger
9. HON. NEIL LARA ASUELO-PUNONG BARANGAY
-he informed the body regarding the following:
-Driver, apan Canada’n, open for hiring, driver position
-agaramid ti duties and responsibilities

-Told the body that he will file a leave of absence for 3 days from February 7-9, 2022
