Minutes of the Regular Session of the Sangguniang Barangay of San Nicolas 2 nd Betis, held on
August 07, 2021 (Saturday) at 9:30 in the morning at the Barangay Hall of San Nicolas 2 nd Betis,
Guagua, Pampanga.

MINUTES OF THE SESSION

A. Call to Order:

The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. Gerardo C. Garcia, Punong
Barangay at 9:30 in the morning who continued to preside over the session.

B. Roll Call:

The Presiding officer asked the Brgy. Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a
quorum was declared to be presents.

C. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the Minutes of the Previous
Session. On motion of Kag. Josefina D. Gozum, duly seconded by Kag. Feliciano
M. Bautista, the minutes of the previous session was approved as read.

D. New Business:

 Starting on August 01 to August 15, 2021 implementing of Liquor ban in the

provincial of Pampanga. And the province is still under in general community
quarantine (gcq) and continue implementation of curfew for below 18 years old.
 There will be an available COVID-19 vaccination in barangay for A1, A2 and
other priorities.
 The Checkpoint in barangay is still active. They check the nonresidents of
barangay who enter.


E. Adjournment:
There being no other matter to be discussed, the Punong Barangay
adjourned the Session at Exactly 11:30 o’clock.
