Minutes of the Regular Session of the Sangguniang Barangay of San Nicolas 2 nd Betis, held on
February 05, 2022 (Saturday) at 9:00 in the morning at the Barangay Hall of San Nicolas 2nd
Betis, Guagua, Pampanga.

MINUTES OF THE SESSION

A. Call to Order:

The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. Gerardo C. Garcia, Punong
Barangay at 9:10 in the morning who continued to preside over the session.

B. Roll Call:

The Presiding officer asked the Brgy. Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a
quorum was declared to be presents.

C. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the Minutes of the Previous
Session. On motion of Kag. Feliciano M. Bautista, duly seconded by the bodies,
the minutes of the previous session was approved as read.

D. New Business:

» PB Garcia said to Brgy. Secretary that there will be a Meeting on February 07,
2022 at Mallari’s Compound around 9:00 in the morning for the Documentation
of Barangay Drug Clearing Program
» On February 09 – 11, 2022 there will be a three (3) days webinar from 8:00 am –
5:00 pm about Anti-Torture / Enforced Disappearance
» On February 11, 2021 the barangay secretary will have a meeting on auditorium
1:00 pm. she also have a webinar on re-tooling on the implementation and
compliance to DILG Programs and Reports.
» On February 16, 2022 the Committee on Peace and Order and Chief Tanod will
have a Capability Developments Seminar at Mallari’s Compound 8:00 in the
morning
» The Midwife and BHW of the barangay conducted Operation Timbang in every
purok together with PB Garcia and Kagawad on Health Fel Bautista.

E. Adjournment:
There being no other matter to be discussed, the Punong Barangay
adjourned the Session at Exactly 11:30 o’clock.
