SAN JULIAN CENTRAL, AGOO, LA UNION HELD ON MARCH 5, 2023 AT THE BARANGAY HALL.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 1: OO o’clock in the afternoon.
PRAYER:
A short prayer was led by Antonio B. Regacho Jr.
ROLL CALL:
The Barangay Secretary roll call the presence of all Barangay Sanggunian Member and
all are present. This presiding office of presiding officer declared the presence of a quorum.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING:
Upon motion of Kagawad Elsa C. Sabiniano duly seconded by Kagawad Dennis Q.
Cabilatazan the minute of the previous meeting was approved.

1. PNP-IAS Internal Affair Service-sumbungan ng bayan sa katiwalian
BIDA-buhay ingatan, droga ayawan. March 17,2023-National Red Cross Carava.
 2. May 1,2023-Dinengdeng Festival, March 2 ,-mutya ng La Union, May 3-Miss
Agoo,19 to 22 years old.
3. Cleanest, greenest safest barangay- no open burning, segregation of waste and
aso mo itali mo.
4. Dengue prevention control must search and destroy to prevent dengue cases.
5. Fire prevention month, be inform our constituents to no to fire this summer.
6. Continue DDD and taktak attack.
