MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY, 1 ST REGULAR MEETING OF

SAN JULIAN CENTRAL, AGOO, LA UNION HELD ON JULY 7, 2023 AT THE BARANGAY HALL.

CALL TO ORDER:
The meeting was called to order at 1: OO o’clock in the afternoon.
PRAYER:
A short prayer was led by Antonio B. Regacho Jr.
ROLL CALL:
The Barangay Secretary roll call the presence of all Barangay Sanggunian Member and
all are present. This presiding office of presiding officer declared the presence of a quorum.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING:
Upon motion of Kagawad Elsa C. Sabiniano duly seconded by Kagawad Dennis Q.
Cabilatazan the minute of the previous meeting was approved.

1. Canal cleaning during this rainy season.
2. Sir Dong-Disaster Resilience month canal clean-up July 14,2023. July 21-tree
planting.
 3. PNP-observe curfew hours 10pm-4am especially minors roaming around.
4. Maam Rhoda-one time senior citizen pay out on July 10,at barangay hall.
5. Maam Empress-prepare MRF and compost pit in every house.
6. Garbage collection schedule is every Tuesday.
7. Sir Marvin-no astray dogs, no open burning,livelihood program.
8. RHU- 2nd batch blood donation and operation tuli.
9. Continue DDD and taktak attack.
