MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF

SAN FERMIN, CAUAYAN CITY, ISABELA HELD ON June 28, 2017 AT THE
BARANGAY HALL.

Call to Order:
The Regular Session was called to order by the Honorable Victor H. Dy, Jr., presiding
officer at exactly 03:00 pm, opening prayer was delivered by SB member Ronald S. Dagman,
followed by the singing of the national anthem conducted by SB member Reynaldo F. Perez.

Roll Call:
With the majority of the Sangguniang Barangay members present, the barangay secretary
certified that the body will constitute a legislative quorum.

Business of the Day

Agenda:

1. Cleanliness and Sanitation

In support to “Dengue, Todo Na’To Awareness Month”, SB Member Eugenio C. Asirit,

IV, Committee Chairman of Health and Sanitation, motion to the body to conduct a massive
“Operation Linis”, throughout the barangay. The objective of the said activity is to clean the
Barangay Street by means of sweeping and collecting scattered garbage.

SB Member Eugenio C. Asirit, also appeal to the body to disseminate the said proposed
activity to their respective purok chairman so that the constituent of the barangay could
cooperate in the activity. SB Member Jonathan D. Adam, Committee on Clean and Green
suggested to the body that the snacks needed for the said activity must coming from the personal
expense of the Sangguniang Barangay as a consolation to the participants. It was seconded by
SB. Member Julie C. Arcega, and unanimously approved by the body.

2. Withdrawals

A. Registration and Accommodation of the Barangay Kagawad, Secretary,

BNS, and BHW

On the second week of this month, there will be a seminar that will be conducted at
Hotel Amancio - Cordon, Isabela which will be participated by the Sangguniang Barangay of
San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela. SB. Member Ronald S. Dagman, Chairman Committee on
Finance motion to the body to withdraw the amount of ______________ as payment for the
registration and accommodation of the barangay Kagawad, secretary, BNS, and BHW of San
Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela for the upcoming seminar that will be conducted at Hotel
Amancio – Cordon, Isabela. It was seconded by SB Member Ferdausi A. Palteng and
unanimously approved by the body.

B. Honorary and compensation for the month of June

SB Member Julie C. Arcega, Committee on Agriculture motion to the body to withdraw

the amount of two hundred thirty-one thousand six hundred pesos (P231,600.00) from the
barangay fund deposited at LBP Cauayan Branch-Cauayan City, Isabela as payment for the
honorary of the Barangay Officials, and compensation for the Barangay Staff and Personnel. It
was seconded by SB. Reynaldo F. Perez and unanimously approved by the body.

There was no further business to be taken up, SB member Eugenio C. Asirit, IV,
motioned for the adjournment, the presiding officer adjourned at 05:48 pm.
