Admission Notice for the Year 2022 - 23

Instructions for Filling Application Form:

1. Pleasedo not use Google Pay, UPI & Wallet option for making payment.
2 Non-refundable processing Feeof Rs.100/- is to be paid by each Applicant.
3 Pleasewait for 30 seconds after every submission. Do not refresh or go back.
4 Pleaseupload recent Passportsize Photo of Applicant (Size:2.00x2.5 inches).
5 Pleaseupload the copy of Applicant signature (Size:2.00x2.5 inches).
6 Essential Qualification:A Graduate/Final Year appeared from recognized University / Institute in any
subjectat the time of filling application form. It is mandatory to submit Graduate/Final Year Mark
Sheet/Certificate at the time of admission; else his/her application will be treated as cancelled.
7 Age limit as per UPSCguidelines.
8 Selection process for XIV batch for the academic Year 2022-23:
(b) There will be Written Entrance Test of Paper-l- Multiple Choice Question (MCQ), having 50
Questions from different subjects, pertaining to UPSCPrelims Examination l.e. History/Geography,
Polity/Economics, Science-Technology/Environment, Arts & Culture, Current Affairs, for 100 Marks.
EachQuestion carries 02 marks, with negative marks of 0.66 for each wrong answer, and Paper-2-
CSAT-Comprehension,logical, basic numeracy having 40 Question for 100 Marks. Each Question
carries 02.5 marks with negative marks of 0.83 for each wrong answer.
Note:-Paper-2.will be qualifying paper with the minimum marks fixed at 30% .Merit list will be
prepared on the basis marks of paper-l.
(b) A Security Deposit of Rs.15,OOO/- (RupeesFifteen Thousand Only) will have to be paid at the time
of Admission. Oncethe Candidate is admitted in Haj House, he/she will not be allowed to leave
before Preliminary Examination to be conducted during May, 2023, else his/her deposit will be
forfeited.
(c) Refund of Security Deposit will only be made after Preliminary Examination.
9 Important dates for Online Application for the Academic Year 2022-23:
I. Availability of Online Application Form on www.hajcommittee.gov.in: 12.06.2022
II. Lastdate for submission of Online Application Form: 30.06.2022
III.Tentative date for Written Entrance Test of Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)Will be conducted on
17.07.2022.
IV.Tentative date for Personal Interview/ essaywriting(last week of July-2022 )Will be announced
later.
V. Tentative date / month for commencement of XIV batch (2022-23),Month of August, 2022.
