Minutes of the 4th Regular Session of the Barangay Council on February 21, 2022 at the Barangay Session Hall.

1. CALL TO ORDER
- The Regular Session was called to order at 9:00 A.M. by the Punong Barangay who continued to preside over the session.
2. INVOCATION AND SINGING OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
- Prayer was led by Hon. SK Chair. Anna Fe D. Baguio, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
3. ROLL CALL
- The Punong Barangay asked the Barangay Secretary to call the roll. All members of the barangay council are present. Hence, there is a
quorum.
4. READING, AMENDMENTS AND APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES
- There is a motion by Hon. Jay T. Dultra duly seconded by Hon. Romeo P. Melloria Jr. to suspend the reading of the
minutes of the 3rd Regular Session of CY 2022 since everybody has a copy.
- There is a motion by Hon. Rex D. Lamoste to approve the previous minutes duly seconded by Hon. Jemoteo E. Dultra.
5. INCLUSIONS, AMENDMENTS AND APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
- There is a motion by Hon. Cirilo J. Cagadas to approve the agenda of the 4 th Regular Session duly seconded by Hon.
Lorenzo C. Pulluan.
6. AGENDA / BUSINESS OF THE DAY
6.1 Zardo’s Lechon House
- The CPDC Officers together with the BPLO Officers and Brgy. 4 Kagawads made an ocular inspection at Zardo’s Lechon
House and there they found out that they have no Building Permit and that they are not the owner of the lot where the business
stand. The owner of the said Lechon house was being told not to operate this business if they can’t comply the following
required documents: (1) Building Permit; (2) Owner’s Consent; and (3) required 25 meters away from the potable water area.
6.2 PWUDS Update
- Hon. Romeo P. Melloria Jr. informed the council the we are always updated. The Punong Barangay Hon. Socorro R. De
Leon ordered Hon. Romeo P. Melloria Jr. to follow up the test kits for PWUDS revisit activities.
6.3 Lupon Assessment
- The Barangay Secretary Ms. Cristina S. Melloria informed the council for the LTIA (Lupong Tagapagsundo Incentive
Award) Assessment tomorrow morning, Tuesday, February 22, 2022. To be assessed by the City LTIA Committee.
- The Punong Barangay ordered the Barangay Secretary to prepare all the needed documents.
7. OTHER MATTERS
7.1 Pahina
- Resume of the monthly pahina every last Saturday of the month within the Barangay Hall premises.
8. ADJOURNMENT
- There being no more matter to take up and as moved by Hon. Jemoteo E. Dultra, duly seconded by Hon. Cirilo J. Cagadas,
the Punong Barangay thereupon declared the session adjourned at about 11:00 a.m.
