Minutes of the Regular Session of the Sangguniang Barangay of San Nicolas 2 nd Betis, held on
September 04, 2021 (Saturday) at 9:00 in the morning at the Barangay Hall of San Nicolas 2 nd
Betis, Guagua, Pampanga.

MINUTES OF THE SESSION

A. Call to Order:

The Regular Session was called to order by the Hon. Gerardo C. Garcia, Punong
Barangay at 9:10 in the morning who continued to preside over the session.

B. Roll Call:

The Presiding officer asked the Brgy. Secretary to call the roll. Thereafter, a
quorum was declared to be presents.

C. Approval of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the Minutes of the Previous
Session. On motion of Kag. Marcelino B. Gozum, duly seconded by Kag.
Antonio D. Cudug, the minutes of the previous session was approved as read.

D. New Business:

Kag. Francis C. Ocampo, Committee on Environment conducted dis-infection in

the whole barangay twice a month. To avoid spreading the viruses in barangay.
The also disinfected the house of positive person or another person who expose.
Last August 31the barangay council attend in a webinar for the orientation for the
Brgy. Devolution Transition Team.
PB Garcia together with his barangay council and barangay tanod they distribute
relief goods and vitamin c per households in the barangay.
On September 06, 2021 there will be a supplemental feeding program for those
listed malnourished children in barangay.
On September 10, 2021 will be the feast day of the patron saint San Nicolas de
Tolentino there will be just a mass for the celebration.
Dorothy Yuzon, Barangay Treasurer reports the monthly income and expenditures
and status of barangay budget.


E. Adjournment:
There being no other matter to be discussed, the Punong Barangay
adjourned the Session at Exactly 11:30 o’clock.
